Oops, picked the wrong size? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! If you need your bracelet resized, a $4 restringing fee will apply, along with an additional $4 delivery fee if you require delivery after the restringing. Get started here.

To get started, make the $4 repair payment and mail your bracelet to us (just a heads up, delivery back to our place isn’t covered). Our pieces are not pre-made crystal bracelets; they begin as individual crystal beads, and each order is handcrafted to perfectly fit your wrist. There are no default sizes, because there are no default people. Every piece is made just for you, with no extra charge—ever.

 

There are many tips you can use to check the crystal’s authenticity. Here are some simple and convenient tips you can use:

Authentic crystals will have inconsistent colouring throughout the entire crystal, it will not be uniformly shaded. It also varies from different shades of colours. Hence, it is normal for the crystal you purchased to be of a different shade of colour from the one seen on our website!

An authentic crystal would have air bubbles or scrap items inside of it. The more imperfections you spot, the better!
