Restringing Policy

 

Restringing Fee will be waived in the event where:

1. Bracelet is not sized properly by us
2. String/ Charm/ Bead(s) is/ are broken within 2 weeks of receiving (date will be tracked via courier tracking service)

A $4 Delivery Fee (NINJAVAN Standard Delivery) will be charged, and delivery to our address will not be covered. 

$4 Restringing Fee + $4 Delivery Fee (NINJAVAN Standard Delivery) to be charged in the event where:

1. Bracelet size is chosen wrongly
2. String/ Charm/ Bead(s) is/ are broken after 2 weeks of receiving
